My name is Wayne, I have been living in Australia for the last 12 years now originally from Essex in the UK and I have come from a background in hospitality management, seasonal worker management and I also have served time in the British Military.

When I received the opportunity to take over at Kols & Camsas Cleaning I knew my background in management would help push the company to new heights as I have the ability to get the best out of staff, help people flourish in their roles and I am very good at dealing with clients. I hope that in the future we will be able to grow and push the company in new directions while holding on to the core values and foundations that have been put in place by the previous General Managers and the current owners.

My name is Kelly Smith. I am 48 years of age I was born in Launceston and have lived in Longford all my life. I enjoy the outdoors camping, hiking, reading, and swimming and love to spend time with my family & friends. I started off cleaning 28 years ago and also have worked in retail.

My role is a Team Leader who creates an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, set clear team goals, monitor team performance, motivate team and coaching them making sure our team at Kols Camsas Cleaning are happy and safe at work.

I recently graduated from the University of Tasmania with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specialising in accounting. Prior to joining Kols Camsas, I gained valuable experience working with several reputable firms in administrator & customer-facing roles. In these positions, I collaborated closely with various departments to help organisations achieve their objectives.

In my current position at Kols Camsas Cleaning, I am responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. These include managing the onboarding process for new clients, generating monthly invoices for existing clients, maintaining client records, processing payments, and providing support with payroll matters. Additionally, I assist the management team in making important financial decisions.

My colleagues recognise me for my positive outlook, even in challenging situations, and my friendly demeanour, often accompanied by a bright smile. As for my weekends, you can find me in my natural habitat, either on my trusty PlayStation, exploring new culinary at local eateries, or spending heartwarming moments with friends and family. So, whether it’s debits and credits or indulging in weekend escapades, I strive to bring my best every day.

Hey! I’m Panth, I am the Customer Service Manager for Kols Camsas Cleaning. I moved to Launceston in 2020 after graduating in Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University in Melbourne. I love every aspect of living in this little yet fast-growing city in Tasmania.

I have been a member of this team since 2020 and with over 3 years of experience, I have worked in the cleaning industry as a Cleaner and a Supervisor with a detailed understanding of the business as well as providing valuable insights on a daily basis. In my spare time, I also do gym training and occasionally play cricket.
